Protecting your personal data is important to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, Austrian Data Protection Act, TKG 2021).

2. Contact & request form

When you send us a transfer request via the form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, optionally phone number, trip details such as pick-up and destination, date and time, number of passengers, flight/train number where given, ski-luggage and return-trip details, whether a child seat is needed and, if so, the age of the children travelling, as well as your message) for the purpose of handling your request and carrying out the ride. After submitting, you receive an automatic acknowledgement email to the address you provided. To prevent abuse (spam protection), a technical check value derived from your IP address is also processed briefly when you submit the form and is deleted automatically after around 10 minutes at the latest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest in secure operation).

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the initiation or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention: We store this data for as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with statutory retention obligations, after which it is deleted. Provision is voluntary; without the necessary details we cannot process your request.

3. Hosting & server log files

This website is hosted by myNET gmbh, Bruggfeldstraße 5, 6500 Landeck (FN 440054 p). When you access the site, technically necessary data is processed in server log files (e.g. IP address, date/time, file requested, browser type) to ensure secure and stable operation. The host processes this data as a processor on our behalf; the log files are deleted automatically after a short time.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Fonts

This website uses only locally hosted fonts (Open Font License). No data is transmitted to external font services such as Google Fonts.

5. Cookies & analytics

This website sets no tracking or marketing cookies and includes no analytics services by default. When you switch languages, only the current scroll position is stored briefly in your browser's sessionStorage (purely functional, no personal reference; deleted automatically when the tab is closed).

6. Recipients, third countries & automated decisions

The recipient of your data is our web host acting as a processor. We do not pass data on to other third parties or transfer it to countries outside the EU/EEA (third countries). If you voluntarily use the WhatsApp link (section 7), WhatsApp/Meta may transfer data to third countries (in particular the USA). No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.

7. WhatsApp & phone

If you use the WhatsApp link, the privacy terms of WhatsApp/Meta apply. When you call us, we process your phone number and the information shared during the call to handle your request.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal and objection. You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future; the lawfulness of processing carried out up to the withdrawal remains unaffected.

If you believe the processing of your data infringes data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with us or with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
