Terms and conditions for all transport services provided by Hallo Taxi – St. Anton, owner Branislav Vejic, Alte Arlbergstraße 78/7, 6580 St. Anton am Arlberg, Austria. In case of doubt, the German version (AGB) prevails.
Reservations
Advance transfer bookings can be made using the non-binding enquiry form. Last-minute reservations have to be made by phone: +43 664 383 1670.
Payment & charges
Payment directly to the driver can be made in Euros only.
The amount of the arrival transfer has to be paid in advance (by credit card via a payment link or by bank transfer).
If the departure is delayed by more than 15 minutes from the booked time, we reserve the right to charge a waiting fee of 1 EUR per minute. No charges will be made in the event of flight delays.
Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be received, in writing, at our email address info@hallo-taxi.at. Cancellations can be made until 24 hours before the ride.
- Cancellation up to 1 week before the taxi ride: no charge.
- For cancellations within 1 week until 24 hours before the transfer we charge 20% of the paid amount.
- For cancellations within 24 hours we do not refund the paid amount.
Delay
We are not responsible for delays before or during the transfer caused by unforeseeable incidents (e.g. bad weather conditions and traffic).
Other
Smoking and alcoholic drinks are not allowed in our vehicles.
We reserve the right:
- to refuse the transport of clients under the influence of alcohol, as they could be a risk for our driver;
- to decline the transport for safety reasons if you have not requested the required child seats for the journey or have not informed us that you are travelling with pets;
- to depart from the hotel 15 minutes after the pre-arranged pick-up time should no member of your group inform our driver of your delay;
- to change the booked vehicle class without prior notice to the passenger.
Jurisdiction
Any legal proceedings with the company will be held – to the extent legally permissible – at the District Court of Landeck (Austria). Mandatory consumer jurisdictions remain unaffected.
